I have got to stop eating off my kids plates. That is going to be my #1 goal for this month. I have to train my brain that even those are calories that count. I remember back in the day at WW they called it "BLT-bite, lick, taste". Its a bad habit I need to break!
I also promised myself I would loose 5 lbs before my 35th birthday which is Jan 30th so doing this will help me to meet my goal.
